This policy explains what personal data CashDroppers collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the CashDroppers Discord server.
CashDroppers is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy request, contact christian@matchingvisions.com.
Account data. Your email address, display name and avatar, taken from Google, Kick or Discord when you sign in, or your email and a hashed password if you register directly. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes and are never readable by us.
Activity data. Watch time while the stream is live, daily streak claims, Drongo Bucks balance and the full ledger of how it changed, minigame rounds, raffle tickets, promo code claims and referrals.
Linked platform accounts. If you link Kick or Discord, we store the platform user ID, username, avatar, and — for Discord — the account creation date derived from your account ID and whether you are a member of our server. Discord OAuth tokens are used once during linking and then discarded; we do not store them.
Partner casino activity. If you use one of our partner links, the casino reports your wagering, deposit and net-gaming-revenue totals back to us against an anonymous tracking code we generated for you. The figures are per-player, and the code resolves to your account at our end. We never receive your casino password or payment details.
Partner link clicks. When anyone clicks through to a partner casino from this site — signed in or not — we record which offer was clicked, when, and the two-letter country your connection resolves to. We use it to see which partners and which markets are worth keeping. If you were signed in, the click is also tied to your account so any resulting commission can be attributed; if you were not, it is counted and nothing more.
We do not collect or store your IP address — not for anti-fraud purposes, and not for the click counting above. The country code comes from our hosting provider's network, and the address it was derived from never reaches us or gets written down. Shared connections are normal and we do not treat them as a signal.
The cookies this site needs to work — keeping you signed in, and remembering that you passed the age check and which partner link you came through — are set only because the site cannot function without them. They are never used to track you across other websites.
Google Analytics is optional and off by default. Nothing is loaded from Google, and no request is made to Google at all, unless you turn it on. If you do, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies and receives your IP address in order to count visits and show us which pages get used. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or profiling, and we do not combine it with your account.
You can change your mind at any time, and turning it off deletes the analytics cookies rather than merely stopping new ones:
To run your account and the Drongo Bucks economy, to verify that watch time and bonuses are genuine, to prevent duplicate-account abuse, to deliver prizes, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (running your account), legitimate interests (preventing fraud and abuse of the rewards system), and consent where we ask for it explicitly.
Publishing your wagering total on the public Wager Race leaderboard is done only with your consent, which you give and withdraw yourself, and which we ask for nowhere else. Collecting the underlying figures from our partner casinos rests on legitimate interests — we are paid commission on that play and must be able to verify it. Collecting is not publishing, and the second never happens without the first.
Leaderboards, raffle winners and similar public displays never show another user's full name. Display names are shortened server-side before they reach anyone's browser, so other users' identities are not exposed by the page or by our API.
If you opt in to the Wager Race, that leaderboard also shows the total you wagered at our partner casinos over the last 30 days beside your masked name, to anyone who opens the page, including visitors who are not signed in. Nobody appears there without opting in, and it is off unless you turn it on. The page is not listed in search engines, but it is public — that is a courtesy, not a lock.
Masking your name protects you from strangers, not from people who already know you here. On a community of this size someone familiar with your display name may still be able to work out which entry is yours, so please treat opting in as telling this community that you gamble at our partner casinos. We would rather say that plainly than imply the board is anonymous.
When a one-time bonus has been paid for a linked Discord account, we keep a record that that Discord account has already been paid — the Discord account ID, the amount and the date. If you unlink Discord, delete your CashDroppers account, or both, this record is retained and your account association is removed from it.
We do this because the record is the only thing preventing the same bonus being claimed repeatedly by unlinking and relinking. It contains no name, email or contact information after your account is deleted.
Activity records our partner casinos send us — the wagering, deposit and net-gaming-revenue figures described above — are kept for five years for commission and tax reconciliation, then deleted. They are not shown to anyone, and removing yourself from the Wager Race stops them being published without deleting them.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion of your account, or object to how we use it, by emailing christian@matchingvisions.com. You can unlink Kick or Discord at any time from your profile. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
You can remove yourself from the Wager Race at any time, in one click, from your profile — no email needed, effective immediately. Withdrawing stops us publishing your wagering figures. We keep the underlying records the casino sent us for commission and tax reconciliation, as described above.
We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google, Kick and Discord (sign-in and account linking), and affiliate partners whose links appear on our offers page. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and announce it on the site.
